Terms of service.
The simplest version of the contract between you and krabs.dev.
Acceptable use
- ●Don't ship spam.
- ●Don't store credentials of third parties you don't own.
- ●Don't reverse-engineer rate limits.
Service availability
Best-effort uptime on free and starter tiers. Pro+ plans carry a 99.9% monthly SLA with credits for unmet windows. Live status at status.krabs.dev.
Billing
Plans cycle monthly. Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace window, after which the service is paused and data is retained for 30 days before deletion. Refunds within 30 days are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
Data ownership
You own your data. We're a processor — we hold it, move it, and return it on request, but we do not claim it.
Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. Data export remains available for 30 days after termination, after which the account is purged.
Disputes
Governed by Panamanian law. Disputes are handled in the courts of Panama City.
Changes
Material changes get 30-day notice via email to the account contact. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
